Director Harmon draws from a diverse work background, including military service, acting, event planning, politics, construction, and administrative leadership. After growing up in the suburbs of Indiana, Tracey launched her career by traveling throughout the US and Asia. She attributes her passion for community building from the various cultures and people she has met along the way. While working as a military contractor in Hawaii, Tracey met her love, a native to Haines and member of the Tlingit tribe. Together, Tracey and her partner returned to Haines, where they now work to create a thriving Haines.
Alongside her work at the chamber Tracey owns and operates the Frog Lady Fish Company and raises her two children. Her leadership at the Chamber reflects her passion to be a bridge-builder between inside and outside perspectives.
Andrew's work experience includes education, international adventure travel, construction, and fitness training. Andrew has spent time in over 25 countries throughout Europe, South America, and Asia. Through these travels, Andrew has had the privilege of working alongside humble day-labors and hosting high level military officers. As a former business owner, Andrew is no stranger to the pressures and challenges that face Haines businesses, and he has a passion to serve with his education and life experiences.
